Ada Camposeco, 34, who was born in Chiapas, Mexico, while the community was there as war refugees, serves lunch for her family consisting of boiled potatoes and Chipilin leaves (Crotalaria longirostrata), known as chepil or longbeak rattlebox, along with corn tortillas at their home in the 15 de Octubre La Trinidad community. Ada's daughter Keren Esmeralda Esperanza was born while the community was living in a temporary shelter after the Fuego Volcano eruption in June 2018. Ada, a mother of three and married to Estuardo Lorenzo, states: ''For me, the word 'no' does not exist. This is what I tell my kids, to keep going regardless what comes your way!''
