Felipe Rocher Wagner, a graduate student, photographs grandmother, Maria Soares, with her nine-month-old grandson, Pedro Miguel de Lima, for a project, with researchers from the University of Oxford in England, creating three-dimensional photographs to facilitate the study of babies born with Zika-related microcephaly at the Fundacao Altino Ventura. <br />
The foundation provides free therapy classes to families with children born with Zika-related microcephaly. There are 271 confirmed cases at the foundation but due to staffing shortages they can only treat 116 patients.
