The church that has been built by Eritrean Christians living in the camp known as 'The Jungle' The church, built over a number of weeks from three kits of wood, blankets, nails and tarpaulin provided by the French charity Secours Catholique, provide the migrants a place of worship while they are stranded in the port town. Sami who has lived in 'The Jungle' for two months said: 'They built the church even before some people had a place to sleep. And now journalists are coming from all over the world to see our church.'
