Prince Ackah (48), a migrant from Ghana, walksnear the building where he is currently living, together with dozens of other African nationals. He was living in Brazil from where he went to the US in 2015, but got deported back to his home-country. He moved again to Brazil but due to some work-related problems had to leave the country, flying to Nicaragua and then continuing by land until reaching Mexico, where they arrived a month before. Their plan is to stay in Mexico and look for work. They are just some of hundreds of migrants waiting for the Mexican authorities to allow them to continue with their journey north which stalled after Mexico stopped issuing transit visas following pressure from the US government.
