Refugees at the Nyumanzi settlement follow an officer from the Office of the Prime Minister (holding a notebook) who allocates plots of land to each family head. If the family is big they will receive two plots. Due to the small size of plots given to refugees it is to be considered a camp rather than settlement. Plots being issued are actually 20x30 metres instead of 30x30 metres.
