Brightly coloured feather boas and plastic flower bouquets line the wall at the Twilight Red Wedding Photography Studio, where a married couple pose for a portrait.  After over thirty years of marriage, couples have come to the studio to dress as brides and grooms and have their wedding photographs taken for a second time.  The politics of the cultural revolution during which they were married only permitted plain proletariat portraits and extravagant wedding studios such as the Twilight Red did not exist..
