A child with suspected tuberculosis (TB) is brought to a clinic run by Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF). TB patients have to stay in the clinic for a month, treated with daily injections, so the centre becomes a temporary home for the whole family. The two doctors are Australian Matthew (second right) and Norwegian Niels (right).
