Aleksandr Borodai, selfproclaimed prime minister of the Donetsk People's Republic, shakes the hand of Colonel Mohamed Shakry of the Malaysian National Security Council after handing over the black boxes of flight MH17. The Malaysian Airlines flight came down in rebel held territory in Eastern Ukraine's Donetsk region on 17 July 2014. It is suspected that a surface to air missile was fired from rebel held positions which brought the plane down. In a long speech Borodai claimed that the separatists didn't have anything to do with downing flight MH17.
