Workers at an offshore oil platform in the Kashagan field in the North Caspian sea. The facility is run by Agip KCO on behalf of a consortium which consists of Shell, Exxon Mobil, Total, ConocoPhillips, Eni, KazMunayGas and Inpex. The discovery of Kashagan's commercial reserve of around 13 billion barrels of oil in 2000 was one of the largest finds in decades.
