Workers at the Registration Station in the Delhi Suburb of Timarpur use an electronic wand to search each cow for a microchip in order to determine whether they have been registered before. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been ordered by the High Court to remove all cows from the streets of India's capital city. Any strays are moved to one of the many shelters outside of the Indian capital. The job has many dangers including threats from the public who often seek to prevent the cows being removed as the cow is considered sacred according to the Hindu religion.
