A woman feeds her daughter cereal in a shelter for people displaced from the town of Namie that has been set up in nearby Dakeshita. Namie is the closest town to the Fukushima nuclear plant.  On 11 March 2011 a magnitude 9 earthquake struck 130 km off the coast of Northern Japan causing a massive Tsunami that swept across the coast of Northern Honshu. The earthquake and Tsunami caused extensive damage and loss of life and the damage caused to the Fukushima nuclear plant has created an ongoing nuclear crisis.
