Men unload trucks at a food distribution point. Because of the famine that swept the southern third of Somalia in 2011 many Somali's IDP's (Internal Displaced People) fled, moved to the capital in search for food. NGO's were not able to help them in Al Shabab controlled areas. They are now living in camps in the capital Mogadishu, a city in ruins after more than 2 decades of civil war.
