Children play with a toy car in a trailer park in Garden City, Kansas. This is home to many of the migrant workers who have come to the town to work at the Tyson meatpacking plant. The Tyson facility kills and processes between five and six thousand beef cattle every day. Kansas dominates the American beef industry, producing 25% of all beef raised in the USA. However, the industry is heavily dependent on cheap immigrant labour.
