A child plays in the garden of a trailer park, in Garden City, Kansas. The area is home to many migrant workers who have come to the town to work at the Tyson meat packing plant. The Tyson facility kills and processes between five and six thousand beef cattle every day. Kansas dominates the American beef industry, producing 25% of all beef raised in the USA. However, the industry is heavily dependent on cheap immigrant labour.
