Ailsa Craig, an unihabited volcanic island that is the source of the granite used to make most of the world’s curling stones, including those used every four years in the Winter Olympics. The island's lighthouse is on the right and at the far left a 19th Century gas-powered fog horn. The island is for sale with an asking price of GBP 1.6 million.
