A man lies on the floor in a hall of the former Grand Hotel building. Once a luxury destination for the wealthy and the continent's biggest hotel, the building is now a concrete shell and home to about 6,000 squatters. Those unable to occupy one of the rooms sleep in the corridors, basements and even on the roof of the building. Most of the inhabitants are unemployed and don't have much to do during the day.
