Rupert Issacson, a campaigning writer and former horse trainer, prepares to eat a meal of sheep's innards in a ger (yurt) during a horseback expedition across Mongolia with his five-year-old autistic son. Rowan, who has been nicknamed "The Horse Boy", embarked on a therapeutic journey of discovery with his parents to visit a succession of shaman healers in one of the most remote regions in the world.
