SP38, a French artist in his studio in East Berlin painting placards with the slogan "Quality Street". He posts the placards on the sides of buildings as an ironic comment on the gentrification of former run-down districts of East Berlin that attracted many international artists after the fall of the Berlin Wall due to their affordable rents (or often free rents in numerous abandoned building which were squatted). Areas in East Berlin popular with artists are now becoming more expensive as trendy restaurants and galleries have followed in the artists' wake.
