Hans Holmefjord flies down by the Trollstigen road. Trollstigen is the name of a particularly winding mountain road popular with tourists. It has also become a popular place for BASE jumpers as the access to the mountain is fairly easy. It also one of the few places they can show off their flying skills to the public. Most other places are quite remote. Norwegian BASE (Bridge, Antenna, Span, Earth - ie. parachute jumping from fixed objects) jumpers using wingsuits. First they drop vertically to gain speed, then the suits allow them fly over the sloping landscape. © Fredrik Naumann
