A member of staff sweeps the floor while the bride dances during a reception at the Venecia Palace Hotel. The hotel was built in 2008 by Polish businessman Waclaw Gozlinski, who concluded that potential guests, exposed to a diet of American B movies and television soap operas, have developed a taste for kitch for their parties and weddings. As Poles are getting richer, the hotel is now the most popular wedding party venue in Poland and needs to be booked over a year in advance.
