A family on the roof of their home in the Arab village of Darajat, in Israel's Negev desert. They are standing next to a photovoltaic solar panel which provides electricity to their house. The village is not connected to the national power grid, and solar power is being tested in some of the village's houses while the remainder rely on expensive and highly polluting diesel generators for their electricity.
