23 year old Jess working at The Tomato Cafe, Havana, Florida. Talking about the US Presidential election that will be held on 6 November, 2012, she says: 'I have a few opinions but I might get in trouble. We're not supposed to talk about politics for fear of offending our customers, but we're just bored out of our frigging minds here. They'd better leave my birth control alone, that's all I can say..Romney's pissed off all the women. Ann Romney has pissed off all the Hispanics. Obama has pissed off all the white people. Regards jobs, It's picking up a bit now. I've got one or two friends who've just got jobs recently but mostly in the food service industry, even if they've got college degrees. Religion gets in the way of everything. You know in Minnesota they've only got 2 abortion clinics in the whole state, and by the time you've got there or you've gone through all the paperwork, it's too late or it's the old coat hanger. I'd much rather have someone professional do it than risk my life with a coat hanger. I mean they tell us about restraint, but really, you know, we are programmed to mate. It's chemistry. I'm happy just to let people get on with their lives. I don't want to impose my beliefs on any one. Same with gay marriage. Sometimes politics is just boring as hell. But I've been reading feminist books. Women have fought for their rights and now their rights are being taken away from them. People are stupid. The President can't do it alone. It's going to take a group effort. I'm from San Diego. There's Muslims there, and Jews.'
