A cow is pulled into position to be injected with a large microchip by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). The purpose of the microchip is to track any stray cattle after they have been rounded up and removed from the streets of central New Delhi. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has been ordered by the High Court to remove all cows from the streets of India's capital city. Any strays are moved to one of the many shelters outside of the Indian capital. The job has many dangers including threats from the public who often seek to prevent the cows being removed as the cow is considered sacred according to the Hindu religion.
