A man writes the names of the deceased on their shrouds during Famadihana, a funerary tradition of the Malagasy people. Known as the turning of the bones, people bring out the bodies of their ancestors from the family crypts and rewrap them in fresh cloth. They then dance with the corpses around the tomb while musicians play.
