Guillermo Reyes, his wife Sandra and their children Yesenia, Alejandra and Jeremy in front of their house in Garden City, Kansas. They are from Salvador and Guillermo is one of the many migrants who have come to the town to work at the Tyson meat packing plant where he is also a part-time chaplain, administering to its employee's spiritual needs. Kansas dominates the American beef industry, producing 25% of all beef raised in the USA. However, the industry is heavily dependent on cheap immigrant labour.
