A Somali man looks out of the window of the town's mosque in Garden City, Kansas. He is one of the many migrants who have come to the town to work at the Tyson meat packing plant. This facility kills and processes between five and six thousand beef cattle every day. Kansas dominates the American beef industry, producing 25% of all beef raised in the USA. However, the industry is heavily dependent on cheap immigrant labour.
