Pirate waters

Dutch battleship Hr Ms Evertsen can be seen in the background as a member of the Dutch Special Forces stands guard aboard the Fade I cargo ship, a WFP (World Food Programme) vessel delivering 5,000 tonnes of food aid to Somalia. Many aid ships have been hijacked by pirates in these waters, and the Dutch Navy monitor the vessels to try and prevent further attacks.
