Fereshteh is smoking ice (shisheh) in her house inTehran, 13 May 2007. ..Black crack, in contrast to its name, is in fact white heroin and its Iranian version is completely different from the crack known to western countries. In the west the common type of crack is derived from cocaine, however, Iranian crack is actually compressed heroin and is much purer than brown heroin.
